Today's Reading: Romans 6:12-16
Sin is like a roach; if you've seen one, there are probably more around. Once they get in, there are usually hard to notice, and even harder to kill. That's because, like the roach, no one really wants to admit they have sin.
Romans 6 tells us that when sin reigns, the law is in effect and death is the reward. But for those who submit and obey Christ Jesus, we are bound by grace, and righteousness is our reward.
We all sin, no doubt about it. However, we are not to allow sin to continue in our lives. God wants us to kill the roaches, and keep our spiritual houses clean.
